However, Mr. Massa has been working with the district on numerous projects since 1990. Within the past two years MMA has also completed the West Morris Regional H.S. District's new music wing addition at the Mendham High School Campus and a two-room modular classroom addition at Central High School Campus. These two projects were completed on time, within budget and with the exception of some unforseen conditions, had a 0% change order rate"
