MMA recently launched a test pilot production software aimed to create animation presentations for a select list of specific projects in July of 2011. This software quickly turned into a daily form of operations for the Design Studio as the demand for these videos continues to grow daily. The production software has become an amazing tool for daily design development as it allows us to quickly look through and choose materials, take photo-realistic renderings within seconds, and show our clients the design as it develops in motion. The positive feedback from and success of these animations in presentation format has been remarkable. Our goal from our pilot program was to find an innovative way to meet the growing needs of our clients during the entitlement phase of projects.
