In 2006 MMA began working with Walmart (the world's largest retailer). Since that time, MMA has grown significantly with this client and is now responsible for a large amount of special projects in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region. Along with special projects, MMA is also handling a significant number of prototypical new constructions, take-over projects as well as multi-levels with attached parking garages. MMA is an integral part of project development from pre-entitlement to store opening.
