  • Architect - Construction Administration

    We are an award winning architectural firm in Monmouth County seeking licensed architects with construction administration (CA) and construction managerial experience to work on nationally based projects.

    Position requirements include: managing experience in all aspects of project construction and phases of construction administration through project closeout. Strong working knowledge of the permitting process and all current codes and document reviews for compliance is essential. Activities include, project development with design consultants, preparing Architect’s field reports, reviewing and responding to construction RFIs, review of construction schedules, evaluating and processing construction submittals / change orders and pay applications and coordinating project activities with contractors. Interaction with user groups and facilities/planning departments, and problem solving on-site issues is required. The position requires efficient use of your time and the personnel supporting you as you monitor project budgets. Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential qualifications. A minimum of 10 years of hands on construction administration experience is required. This position will work full time in our Neptune, New Jersey office.

    Proficient in AutoCAD (latest version) a must, Microstation experience a plus. Advanced knowledge of building codes, full understanding of Addenda and Construction Change Directive procedures. Experience in retail and/or commercial architecture is preferred.

  • Architects / Revit Production

    Award Winning Architectural Firm in Monmouth County is seeking skilled architects with extensive Revit production experience to work on nationally based projects. Responsibility includes the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, self-starting, highly motivated, organized, and detailed oriented individual. Strong organizational and prioritizing skills. Responsibilities also include coordination of contract documents (in-house and with consultants).

    5+ years of experience in architectural practice. Proficient in AutoCAD (latest version) and Revit experience a must. Experience in retail and/or commercial architecture is preferred.

  • Construction Manager/Administrator - Schools

    Award winning architectural design firm in Monmouth County is seeking an individual with construction administration (CA) and construction management (CM) experience to work on one of our school projects in Queens, New York. As Construction Manager/Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects in construction and closeout phases, which will include attending construction meetings, reviewing field conditions and preparation of Architects Field Reports, preparation of Meeting Minutes, reviewing and responding to RFI’s, reviewing shop drawings, reviewing and evaluating change order requests, preparation and processing of change orders, coordinating project activities with contractors, user groups and facilities/planning departments, review of contractors project schedule, submittal schedules, review of contractors pay applications for accuracy and payment, and problem solving on-site issues. In this position you will be responsible for efficient use of your time. A minimum of 10 years hands-on construction administration experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills required. This position will work full time on-site in Queens, NY. Individual will be trained on Expedition. Advanced knowledge of building codes and full understanding of Addenda and Construction Change Directive procedures a plus.
