Our extensive experience in retail, educational, food service and supermarket design, has provided us with the diverse experience and knowledge needed to create a unique and distinct approach for each of our client’s projects. From creative design, well thought out and developed programs, effective spatial layouts, and efficient use and implementation of materials, to finding the means to meet demanding schedules and extremely modest budgets, MMA's unique organizational approach to each project is formatted from extensive experience to best meet the needs of the clients on a project specific basis.

The Principals and staff of MMA understands that client trust is the most important element in a healthy service experience.  As such, MMA is dedicated to constantly keeping the client up-to-date with the progress of every stage of a project.  MMA is driven to provide its clients with peace of mind  and confidence. Each service, from architectural design to project management, centers on the client's needs, expectations and aspirations. Experience lays the groundwork, but MMA's innovative approach to each project's design challenges is what separates MMA's service and capabilities from the rest of the field. 

The in-house daily life at MMA is a comfortable environment where staff feel free to bounce ideas off each other, become extremely good friends, and work diligently and intuitively with the common goal of providing the highest level of service to the clients through dedication and ambition.  From the Principals of the firm to the most recent of college graduates,  each member of the firm is treated with the same level of dignity and respect.  This environment has been created and continuously maintained by the Principals of the firm for over fifteen years.  Principal involvement has always and will always be a key to MMA’s success.  As such, either Gabriel J. Massa, RA, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C or John S. Montalto, RA, AIA will be personally involved with the decisions made on all projects that enter or leave the firm.
