GABRIEL J. MASSA
Gabriel J. Massa has over 34 years of experience in architecture, construction, and contract administration with extensive project management, problem solving experience. He is currently registered in 37 states as well as the Province of Ontario.
THOMAS P. MCHUGH
Since graduating from NJIT in 1997 with a Bachelors of Architecture, Mr. McHugh has maintained a leading role in our educational facilities design division. As a reflection of his efforts and dedication, Mr. McHugh was recently promoted to Principal.
Jaime joined MMA in 2010, as a project manager on the CVS Team, and quickly worked her way up to Associate, managing and overseeing the various projects assigned to MMA. Being an integral part in the growth of this client, and the success of their Special Projects’ program, Jaime was recently promoted to Principal.
Mr. Higgins has been a Registered Architect for 35 years in the State of New Jersey and has worked in the architectural and construction fields for over forty years in a variety of professional capacities. Jim has been directly involved in countless retail, developer driven and commercial projects for which he has provided his expertise in the areas of code analysis/review as well as entitlement.
O. MICHAEL DUTY
Mr. Duty has a long history of Architectural Practice. In 2016, he relocated to Greenville, SC where he now serves in the role as Director of Architecture for the firm.
K. BORIS LEININGEN
Boris joined MMA in 2001 in the newly formed position of Director of Business Development. Since then, MMA’s client list has more than doubled, and now includes numerous Fortune 500 companies.
Our extensive experience in retail, developer driven, education, healthcare and supermarket design has provided us with the diverse experience and knowledge necessary to create a unique and distinct approach to each of our clients’ projects. From creative design, program development, effective spatial layouts, efficient use and implementation of materials, all the way to finding the means to meet demanding schedules and extremely modest budgets, MMA’s unique initial organizational approach to each project is formatted from extensive experience to best meet the needs of the clients on a project-specific basis. The Principal, Associates, and designers at MMA understand that client trust is the most important element in a healthy service experience. As such, MMA is dedicated to constantly keeping the client up-to-date with every stage and progression of a project. MMA is driven to provide its clients with peace of mind and confidence. Each service, from architectural design to project management, centers on the client’s needs, expectations, and aspirations. From the Principal to the most recent of college graduates, each member of the firm is treated with the same level of dignity and respect.
