The Boulevard Retail Elevation 2

Award Winning Documentation Firm located in Washington DC

MMA‘s DC Georgetown Office prepares dimensioned architectural drawings and detailed specifications for constructions which describe the materials, sizes and relationships of built components. These drawings allow a full visualization and callout of all selected and proposed materials, structures and other decisions by the client or registered architect working on the project. Some of our recent documentations were those of Kimco’s Hylan Boulevard

This is extremely important for the development of the project and all of its uses, where crucial decisions can be truly made before it is too expensive to change them. Essentially these drawings serve as a visual key and are imperative before even breaking ground, and even prior to our rendering and visualization phase. These guidelines help our rendering team develop accurate depictions of the clients choices.
