Award Winning Master Planning firm located in Monmouth County

MMA‘s master planning team develops high-quality designs that create a strong identity and enhance the long-term value of a new development project. These are both key to the success of any master planning assignment. The foundation and structural integrity of a project is the most important part. These essential preemptive steps must be performed effectively by seasoned professionals to avoid much larger problems down the road, or even during Construction Administration

Critical mistakes are avoided by a diligent master planning team and MMA‘s team is just that. With a portfolio of local and national projects developed from the ground up MMA is a clear choice for your next set of projects whether they are retail, medical, residential or educational. MMA‘s planning team reads through volumes of research before setting into planning to make the space as effective, efficient and safe as possible for the specific needs of the client. One of our most recent ventures was the Tim McCloone’s famous Asbury Park Boardwalk restaurant, the Iron Whale
