At MMA, we take pride in our dedicated internal recruiting team. While we may occasionally collaborate with staffing agencies, placement services, and professional recruiters, all candidate submissions must go through our recruiting team and will be shared with the appropriate hiring managers. Recruiters and agencies shall not contact MMA leadership or any team member directly in an attempt to present candidates. Doing so will forfeit any opportunity to work with MMA in the future.
If you’re interested in becoming a future recruitment partner—whether as an agency, retained search firm, or independent recruiter—you must obtain advanced written approval from MMA to submit resumes for review. MMA will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than the applicant directly, and any unsolicited submissions will be considered free of any fees or claims. Agreements with agencies, placement services, or external recruiters are only valid if in writing and signed by an officer of MMA. No other MMA team member is authorized to commit MMA to any agreement regarding candidate placement.
