Award Winning Construction Administration firm located in Monmouth County

During construction, MMA serves as your advocate to interpret the construction drawings, answer questions and work out details as necessary. Having on-site administrators is crucial to ensure everything goes according to the architectural master plan and to solve any discrepancies that may arise during the construction or demolition process.

MMA has recently oversaw the construction of the very popular Asbury Park Boardwalk restaurant, The Iron Whale, in addition to the exterior bandshell and stadium seating/ stage on the rooftop venue of the 5th Ave Pavilion. This great project is a fantastic example of MMA’s diligent administrative and oversight process. Another project in current construction is Deal Lake Bar + CO, an exciting new industrial-inspired bar and restaurant. Our dedicated Construction Administration team let nothing slip through the cracks and their attention to detail leaves them second to none.
