MMA Architects is seeking a visionary designer who thinks beyond templates, understands our brand, and has the talent to captivate national and international audiences. This isn’t just another design job—it’s an opportunity to lead the future of AI-powered creativity in architecture and construction. You’ll craft dynamic visuals, engaging animations, and immersive 3D experiences while leveraging AI tools like Adobe Sensei, RunwayML, and MidJourney to push the limits of design. You’ll create high-impact content for digital, social, and print platforms, develop animations and 3D visuals that elevate storytelling, and execute bold ideas independently. Staying ahead of AI, design, and marketing trends, you’ll help build a brand that dominates digital spaces. If you can innovate, set trends, and create scroll-stopping content, we want you.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, After Effects, Figma, and AI-powered design tools
- Skilled in using AI for ideation, automation, and efficiency
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement, with the ability to create visually compelling content
- Experience with 3D software, animation, and video editing
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently without step-by-step direction

What You Can Expect:
At MMA, we foster a collaborative team environment where every member’s input is valued. We encourage diverse perspectives to enrich our project approach. As an Architectural Job Captain, your responsibilities will include:
- Working with top Fortune 500 companies in the financial, retail, and healthcare sectors throughout the U.S.
- Local and national travel for site evaluation and surveys
- Production of design and construction documents, specifications, and detail drawings
- Client interaction, marketing, contractual engagement, and participation in design and production meetings
- Familiarization with building codes and zoning regulations
- Oversight of building department reviews and approvals
- Active involvement in construction administration services
- Collaborating with the team for quality control and assurance of drawings and specifications
