The Carrollton, Texas clinic, a testament to the fusion of innovation and craftsmanship, stands as a showcase of MMA's design prowess and groundbreaking construction methods. Blending traditional design-bid-build retained by Walmart with MMA's transformative IPD via DfMA, this project embodied a paradigm shift in healthcare infrastructure.

MMA's design services were instrumental in elevating this 3,475-sf space into a realm of unparalleled sophistication. From envisioning the minutest details to orchestrating the installation of premanufactured walls, glass partitions, and fixtures, MMA's meticulous attention to design precision was evident at every turn. Leveraging magnet technology, MMA not only optimized spatial utilization but also ensured a seamless integration of equipment and accessories, culminating in a space that radiates efficiency and sophistication.

The incorporation of a state-of-the-art vacuum plumbing system showcased MMA's commitment to sustainable innovation, reducing environmental impact while enhancing operational efficiency. What took months to craft was honed to perfection within a mere 12 days by MMA, a testament to their efficiency and unwavering dedication to design excellence.

As captured in the visuals, the Carrollton facility isn't just a healthcare space—it's a testament to MMA's ingenuity, where design expertise meets revolutionary construction methods, resulting in an exceptional environment that redefines healthcare spaces.
