235 River Avenue Office

Client: The Voice of Lakewood
Location: Lakewood

MMA has been tasked with maximizing the potential build able area for a proposed office building on a tight site on the heavily used Route 9 Corridor in Lakewood. MMA performed master planning studies to aid the civil engineering team in maximizing the buildable area, and leasable space. MMA further developed the concept and created a full architectural entitlement package for the building.

The building is set to house the corporate headquarters for the Client in addition to leasable tenant spaces. MMA sought to create a class A modern office building to aid in setting the corporate identity, while shying away from branding the building to allow for opportunity for future tenancies. To date, the project has been fully entitled by the township of Lakewood.
