DSN Beach Club

Client: Paramount
Location: Deal, NJ

DSN Beach Club, located in Deal New Jersey will feature various amenities for its members to utilize. The site features three full-scale basketball courts, volleyball and badminton areas, a water park, full beach access, outdoor and indoor lounges in addition to a rooftop lounge and bar. It’s imperative that amenities and environments are designed and constructed in order to encourage a healthy lifestyle, however, there is a large degree of importance in designing accompanying spaces with recreation in mind. A lack of enjoyment is a big inhibitor to the motivation of most individuals, maintaining a balance of these facilities will promote a healthy lifestyle while still harboring the fun of a recreational environment
