Kaminetz Yeshiva

Client: Kaminetz Yeshiva
Location: Lakewood, NJ

For this project, MMA has been selected to design a brand new ground-up elementary school for Kaminetz Yeshiva in Lakewood NJ. As part of an ongoing effort to upgrade the school, MMA helped the school administration realize their goals of expanding the student body and modernized their facilities with a brand new school building. The school has been designed to service 3 parallel classes for grades K-8, with an indoor gymnasium, cafeteria with cooking kitchen, and all support and administrative facilities. Unique to the project, MMA has been tasked with designing a revenue-producing high-end catering facility to service the wider community. In close consultation with the Client and their GC, MMA has designed a state of the art facility in a budget-conscious way. To date, we have received entitlement for the project and are embarking on the construction for the project.
