The site is located at 2389 Richmond Avenue, Staten Island, NY, 10314. This school is an adaptive reuse of an existing 13,250 sqft. former Social Security Office into a 3K Center (Pre-school). The only first floor interior space is the Entry Lobby while the rest of the interior space is raised to the second floor, making it an ideal location for a 3K Center. The space below the raised second floor consists of covered parking spaces and an outdoor play space. On the second floor there are six classrooms each with their own toilet room, an Exercise Room, Main Office, Principal’s Office, Nurse, Warming Pantry and other supporting spaces.
