Helpdesk and Warranty Center

At the close of each construction project there is a hand-over of information and responsibilities from the Architect and Contractor to the Owner. Traditionally this involves binders of cut sheets and warranty information that is then the owner’s responsibility to keep on file and maintain. If a question or problem arises with any particular part of the project the owner will have to go through that information to find out who to contact and what process to follow.

MMA develops a Helpdesk and Warranty Center with each project that allows the owner to submit support tickets with their question or concern. MMA then determines what direction to take, whether it be a warranty issue or something that needs a contractor to return to the site. This takes the burden off of the owner.
