One of the most challenging yet rewarding aspects of this project was the strategic reallocation of non-surgical space within an already constrained operating room area. Our team at MMA approached this challenge with a blend of creative problem-solving and meticulous planning. We successfully transformed existing spaces into a new, state-of-the-art operating room, all while enhancing the functionality and flow of the entire surgical suite.
