Sustainable Design for the Future of Monmouth County, New Jersey

Designing physical objects, the built environment and services to comply with the principles of social, economic, and ecological sustainability. Building for a brighter future is a mantra of MMA. We wish to execute projects that will not only coincide with nature, but compliment and enhance it. Nature brings an important dynamic of zen, peace, fresh air and in some ways escapism. Think of a trip through nature alone or with a loved one, and the peace one feels walking through it.

MMA designers emulate this experience in our projects. Closeness to the earth, even if it is designed adds an important and versatile dynamic to a place. Although there is beauty in human design and vast structures of steel and marble, our human nature keeps us tethered to the earth that we came from. Some projects that this was utilized in are but not limited to, Paramount Realty’s Freedom PointeWalmart: Dallas – The Dream and 117 Long Avenue
