Transformational Renovation

The new envelope will become part of the TD brand amplification, emphasizing the brand and its values. The building would stand out from the surroundings, turning into a focal point where the brand is visible from all angles as you approach it and more inviting, with a personality of its own. The costumers journey begins the moment you arrive on site.

The transformed space reflects the core of the building itself, translating the interior spaces into the different volumes on the exterior. The contrast of materials on the exterior will resemble the diversified clientele. The highest element becomes the portal to a new banking experience.  The portal reinforces the brand, its modernized archway becomes dynamic, and its transparency brings people in. that’s when the journey will start, from the outside in.

EXTERIOR RENDERINGS

Once you enter the building, the transformed space promotes a better interaction between TD team and costumers, breaking the barrier between them. The engagement opportunity will result in an optimized relationship and not as intimidating experience. The space would not only serve the clientele, but also improve the TD team experience. Leading it to a more productive and friendly environment. Promoting informal conversations, lounge feeling, space for networking, and more accessible.

The implementation of new technology into the flexible layout would turn the open concept malleable to transform the space accordingly to its needs, with a variety of solutions for different opportunities in business, bringing the future in connectiveness as promoting human interaction.

INTERIOR RENDERINGS

The selection of finishes and furniture will reflect the new sleek and clean look, technology oriented, but inviting to promote social interaction while engaging the local community. The interior would become lighter in color but warmer in textures. Digital walls, live wall, and graphics will display the regional stories and all that TD has to offer. The flexible space will create a better flow, enhancing communication, transparency and comfort.
